How to Return or Exchange an Item?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please inform us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery through:

Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Return requests after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Note: Minor color variations (up to 10%) due to screen settings are not considered defects.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check within 2–4 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to customer account within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product was damaged or defective, verified by Jaipuri Heritage.
Exchange Policy
- After receiving and approving the returned product, we will dispatch the exchanged item.
- The maximum timeframe for delivery of the exchanged product is 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned shipment.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to ship the product back to us within 7 days.
Return Shipping Charges
- A ₹120 return shipping fee per product (up to 500g) applies for returns or exchanges not related to quality issues.
- Worn, used, or altered merchandise will not be accepted.
🚫 No Returns on Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
